Your chats and drafts stay private until you confirm a Value Card.
What we store
If you sign in, Proof stores your email and the drafts, cards, and connections you create. Guest sessions keep work in this browser until you save an account. Uploaded pilot files go to a private review queue, not a public URL.
What stays private until you confirm
Inbox drafts, pasted conversations, and work sent from a chat are private working material. Nothing is shared until you confirm a card. An employer view shows only work you confirmed.
Connectors
Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor send work to Proof through SCRAPE, Proof’s connector, only when you ask. You can also start a paste / share-link backup yourself. GitHub and HubSpot connect only when you click Connect. The browser extension is off while we check each chat site’s terms. You revoke a connector on Connections.
What we do not do
We don’t sell your data. A model may write a draft, but fixed rules set the grade.
Deleting your data
To delete your account and its data, write to the address at the bottom of this page from the email you signed up with.
