Privacy
What Proof keeps private.
Proof is built so source conversations stay off the public internet until you confirm a Value Card. This page says what that means in practice.
What we store
If you sign in, Proof stores your email and the drafts, cards, and connections you create. Guest sessions keep work in this browser until you save an account. Uploaded pilot files go to a private review queue, not a public URL.
What stays private until you confirm
Inbox drafts, pasted transcripts, share-link reads, and live-connector payloads are working material. Confirming a card is the only publish gate. An employer view only shows work you confirmed.
Connectors
Claude and ChatGPT connect through Proof’s MCP flow or a paste / browser read you start. GitHub, HubSpot, and other outcome systems use OAuth only when you click Connect and the app has credentials. You can revoke a connection in Settings.
What we do not do
Proof does not sell your chats. A model may propose a draft; deterministic rules set the visible grade. We do not email you from the product inbox bell.
Questions: smiley@blacktechstreet.com. These pages describe how Proof works today. They are not a substitute for counsel.
