How your Proof Score works

Your overall score brings your projects together in one number out of 100. Open any project to see its evidence, its own score, and what would strengthen it.

One overall score, each project counted equally

Proof averages the scores for your active confirmed projects and pending Inbox drafts, then rounds to a whole number. A project at 80 and a draft at 40 give you an overall score of 60/100.

If any included work is still a draft, the overall score is marked Preliminary. Confirming it replaces the draft in the average, so the same work never counts twice. A new project can raise or lower the average.

Samples, archived work, work no longer current, and records without a score are left out. With no eligible work, you see no score yet. A real score of zero still counts. This measures the evidence in Proof, not your ability or worth.

How your work is assessed

1 · Find the evidence

Proof reviews the work you send and drafts a record of what you did, what changed, and what supports it. You can check and edit that draft before saving it.

2 · Score each project

Each project has a score from 0 to 100. It reflects how much of the required evidence is present for that kind of work. The breakdown shows what counted and what is still missing.

3 · Check the support

Evidence requirements determine how well the claim is supported. A witness can confirm your contribution, qualify it, or dispute it. Their response is reflected in the record.

You choose what gets shared

A suggested decision appears in your private review only when detection confidence reaches 90% and both quoted excerpts match the conversation you provided. It appears on a shared record only after you approve it.

Send work or search what you have captured

Send a piece of work to Proof, or ask it to find work by topic, date, or result in conversations you have already captured. Both give you a draft to review. Searches run when you ask for them.

Send a piece of work

With SCRAPE connected, say “Send this work to Proof” in your AI tool.

Search captured conversations

“Find my Q1 vendor negotiation work.”

After you dismiss 3 suggestions of the same kind, Proof stops suggesting that kind of work.

A short story with the evidence behind it

Each draft explains the situation, your decisions, and the outcome, with supporting details in the full record. You can edit every field before confirming it.

Story

What needed to change, what you decided, and what happened.

Supporting details

The work, what it produced, the result, and who or what confirms it.

Your words

Review the wording and keep it specific to what you actually did.

These evidence checks apply to each project. Your overall Proof Score is the rounded average of the eligible project and draft scores, with equal weight for each. It stays Preliminary while any included work is still a draft.

Proof trace

  • Claim

The outcome you are willing to keep.

  • Work

Judgment and decisions before the outcome moved.

  • Artifact

The thing that shipped or changed.

  • Outcome

What changed, and by how much.

  • Confirmation

    Witness, audit, or external system.

Proof connects your claim to the work you did, what you produced, what changed, and how the result was checked. The grade depends on the evidence required for that type of result.

How you shaped the work

Proof looks for moments when you corrected AI, rejected a suggestion, or chose another approach. An optional AI review runs only when you have added a model key. These moments stay private until you approve the exact quotes.

Recommendation changed

You reject or replace an AI recommendation.

Error caught

You catch a mistake in the AI's facts, reasoning, work, or sources.

Different approach

You choose a different approach and explain why.

Before a decision can be shared
  1. 1. ≥90% confidence
  2. 2. Source quotes verified
  3. 3. You explicitly approve

Find work by topic or time period

Ask Proof to find work in conversations you provide. Results become editable drafts with a short story and supporting evidence. These drafts follow the same scoring and review rules as work sent directly to Proof.

Your request

Name the time period, topic, and type of result to look for.

Find relevant work

Proof reviews the conversations you provide and groups related work.

Prepare drafts

Review the work, artifact, outcome, and confirmation together.

Your review

Confirm, split, or toss each draft. You decide what to keep.

Dismiss 3 of the same kind and Proof stops suggesting it.

Your choice: confirm, split, or toss each draft

Same score rules: each draft needs the same evidence
