Not SCRAPE. This is a backup if you cannot or do not want a live Claude or ChatGPT connection. Proof opens the export in this browser and shows a checklist. Excluded conversations are never uploaded. Imported conversations remain private, and only a draft you later Confirm can change a grade.

How to get the official Claude ZIP

Follow this tutorial, then choose the file. The Demo data sample uses the same local parser if you do not have a ZIP yet.

Export Claude

Claude emails you an official ZIP. Proof opens that file in this browser first so you can uncheck anything you do not want to send.

Open Claude on the web or Desktop
Use claude.ai or Claude Desktop. iOS and Android cannot start an export.

Open Privacy settings
Click your initials → Settings → Privacy. Individual Free, Pro, and Max accounts can export here.

Export data
Click Export data and confirm. Team and Enterprise members need a Primary Owner to export from organization settings.

Download the ZIP from email
Wait for Anthropic's email. You must be signed in to download, and the link expires after 24 hours.

Choose the ZIP in Proof
Return here and pick that file. Nothing uploads until you review the checklist and press Import selected.

Manage imported Claude conversations

Delete removes the stored source text and every private draft derived from that conversation. A Trace you already confirmed is a separate record and stays on Proof Score until you Remove it.
